All the courses under Bharat Sevak Samaj (BSS) are full time courses.
If any one discontinues the course in the middle of an academic year or if the attendance is less than 75%, He / she will not be eligible to appear for final board examination
Course fee once deposited and enrolled as a student, the fee is not refundable.
Accommodation facility is available for female students.
During the course of training period, all students will be exposed to practical training and given free clinical training at KPS Hospitals (P) LTD, Mettupalayam.
During training period, students will not be paid any stipend.
On successful completion of course, both practical & theory (One year or two year- depending upon the course period), they will be issued with course completion certificate by Bharat Sevak Samaj (BSS).
During the training period if any student is found participating in any illegal activities / any one who does not follow the instititution’s rules, will be terminated immediately from their respective course.
Students are not allowed to keep cell phone with them. If any one is found in possession of cell phone it will be seized immediately and will not be returned and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against them
Students who reside in the hostel are not allowed to cook in the room
Students are not allowed to leave the Institution premises. If any one leaves the Institutions premises without proper written permission, they will be dismissed from the course immediately. If any mishaps / accidents happens while she / he out of institution’s premises, the management will not be held responsible. How ever he / she will be attended to as per the existing policy of the institution
During holidays, parents / authorized guardian will come to the hospital and take their wards after signing in the leave register.
All students will be given free medical consultation. They must report at once if unwell. Any one who stays back in the room with out permission or without reporting sick, will be severely dealt with.
